Arne’s first Chihuahua was born in 1998, «Ola» (CH. April Falcon of Lay-Ia) was a fantastic little dog with a great personality!
Still in 1998, when the Chihuahua Breed had taken its independence and left the Norwegian Toy Club, Arne Foss had the chance to judge the very first open show of the breed.
Actually he lives with a young smooth coat male and a veteran long coat female and has bred few litters under his prefix «Paper Moon’s»
He has judged in more than 60 countries all over the world and in particular Chihuahua Club Shows in Australia, Norway and Sweden.
Arne really loves the Chihuahua, a very big dog in a small package!
